Winter Wonderland

New Ulm is a charming winter getaway. At this time of the year the downtown main street has Christmas decorations and the specialty shops have a wide variety of gifts from which to choose.

The ground is now snow-covered and there are many outside activity opportunities such as sledding hills, cross country ski trails, snowshoeing paths, and outdoor ice rinks. New Ulm is known as The Christmas City and many of its residents decorate their homes for the holidays.
